On the A30 from Exeter head for Cornwall on dual carriageway.
3 miles past Launceston is a junction for North Cornwall A395 take this road for approx.
15 miles then follow signs for Boscastle B3266.
As you come down into the top of the village you'll pass the patrol station on your left, take a left at the T junction, then the next right up the hill onto Potters Lane, follow to the end and Melbourne Cottage is on the right.
